WebSites CMS

Web Sites CMS is a content management system (for texts, images, multimedia) of dynamic websites.

It is meant for the website administrators and enables them to work on various aspects of the content – to publish, add, edit and remove content, pictures, documents etc.

To operate the Web Sites CMS one does not need specific computer skills and it is accessible in terms of ease of use for any user. It has a lightweight and intuitive interface, whereby the website administrator can choose the webpage to edit or to add new content.

The Web Sites CMS content management system is based on the Elements software platform – a product of Ladger.

Site Map

Shows all the static and dynamic sections of the web site, organized according to its structure and also serves as a tool to access them. From here any new content can be added or edited.
The sections and subsections of the information structure are presented as a tree.

Objects

Allows access to all the objects (e.g. Pictures, Files etc.) of the website and can manage their content. The objects are organized according to the information structure of the website and they manage the content of the dynamic sections.

Sections

Each unique URL of a website. Sections can be either static, or dynamic.
Web Sites CMS allows full scale management of sections– editing, showing/hiding, deleting and creating of new ones.The administrator has can arrange the sections as per the website information structure.

WYSIWYG Editor

WYSIWYG Editor (What You See Is What Your Get) is a tool resembling the Microsoft Word application, which allows the visual formatting of the texts of a website.
WYSIWYG Editor shows the user an exact copy of what will appear in the public part of the website. This major functionality makes it an extremely useful tool for editing and formatting of the website content, for adding pictures and animation (graphs in flash), for adding tables and new templates to arrange this content.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Offers the unique opportunity to manage some of the main activities to support the optimization of the web site for search engines such as Google, Yahoo, MSN etc.
It includes: Keywords, Meta tags, Search words for the website, Website statistics.

Administration

Allows one to administer the users of Web Sites CMS. Each group of users can have a certain set of rights to use the administrative part of the CMS and to manage the content of the public part. Users inherit the rights of the relative group to which they belong.

Polls

Contains all the polls created for the website. Each poll contains a number of predefined open, closed or combined questions. The website administrator can add new polls, define the poll date and answers/questions to it.

Newsletter

Tool used to create and disseminate issues of newsletters to all subscribers. An unlimited number of issues belonging to a given newsletter can be created and disseminated. The administrator can upload files for each separate issue. The Newsletter can also display an archive of its issues in the public part of the website.

Test

This feature allows one to create dynamic test and tests with both open and closed questions, as well as questions with pictures assigned to them. The logic behind the test evaluation can be based on the number of answers to a given letter (а, b, c etc.) or by a number of points (whereby each answer will bring a certain number of points).

File Management

Logical grouping and management of all the files used in the website. Adding a file to a module will automatically recognize its size and type and the corresponding icon will be displayed in the public part of the website (.pdf, .doc etc) with its size in kb.

Template Management

Grouping and adding new templates for the design of the sections’ content and saving them in the list to each category. The templates can include a new type of table, a new structure of a section, a new formatting style for some of the content, separators and/or other changes in the style of the website.

Blocks

Create and display blocks of dynamic links to subsections from the information structure of the website. Block can contain context related links to a certain section/subsection.

Other

The option to integrate more than one web site to a common administration panel;

Keeping a complete history of records on the activities of the website administrator;

Multilingual data – the user can change the language version of the section/subsection;

Product catalogue, product reviews, product ratings, glossary of terms, frequently asked questions, feedback form, integration of various payment methods (ePay, PayPal, BulColllect) etc.
